In addition to our announcement regarding the request for connection to the water and sewerage network, we are publicly announcing that the existing or newly established networks have the obligation to connect under contraventional sanction according to art. 31 (paragraph 1) of Law no. 241/2016 corroborated with art. 39 (5) and Art. 40 (paragraph 2) of the same law, as communicated by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration at the address below.
